With more than 25 years of experience, Javier Marrero has overseen development, asset management, and commercial operations for major power and energy projects. Prior to Gray Oak Power, he was COO at Ceiba Energy and previously held senior roles at Vientos Energy, Vitol, and AEI. His expertise spans power generation, power and gas distribution, gas transportation, and liquid fuels. Mr. Marrero holds B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Power Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar (Venezuela) and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
