Emilio Vicens has more than 25 years of global energy leadership experience in both regulated and unregulated markets. Before founding Gray Oak Power, he served as CEO of Ceiba Energy, leading development and operations of large-scale thermal and LNG-to-Power projects. Previously, he was CEO of AEI, a $10-billion-revenue energy platform owning and operating power generation, distribution, gas, and fuel assets across 20 countries. Mr. Vicens began his career with Enron and Union Fenosa and has served on the boards of major utilities such as Promigas (Colombia), Elektro (Brazil), and Meralco (Philippines). He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
